In Europe we are unable ship to the following right now: Finland, Norway, Bulgaria, Greece, Portugal, Switzerland. Ireland and Great Britain
How long is the delivery time?
We have a delivery time of 1-4 weekdays in Poland, Germany and Austria. For other markets i´ts 3 -8 day.
Delivery time is made clear in the check out when you choose your carrier
Can I change the delivery method in my order?
We currently have no technical possibility to change the delivery method in your order.
How do I see the delivery status of my order?
You can track your order via the link in the email sent to you when your order has been packed in our warehouse.
Can I change/cancel my order?
It is not possible to change or cancel an order when order processing starts which is done immediately after having confirmed the order. The reason for this is that we want to maintain an efficient flow and ensure fast deliveries.
Do I receive an order confirmation?
As soon as we have received your order, an order confirmation will be sent to the email address you provided at the time of ordering.
Can I revoke my purchase?
According to the Distance Trading Act, you as a consumer have the right to revoke your purchase without specific reason within 14 days of receiving your order. As a consumer, however, you are responsible for any reduction in the value of the products, including the original packaging, which is due to handling beyond what is required to determine the product's nature, properties and function.
Can I change my payment method in an order?
No, we currently don’t have the possibility to change the payment method in a confirmed/completed order.
What kind of security is there with card payments?
Everestoutdoor.com uses the 3D-Secure security standard developed by VISA and Mastercard. Payment is made through Adyen, which is PCI DSS certified and thus meets all security requirements for debit and credit card transactions. All data is encrypted with 256-bit SSL encryption, which prevents unauthorized access to the card data. Stadium Sweden AB does not store the card number after the completed transaction. For card payments, the amount is reserved as soon as you have completed and confirmed your order. When your order has been sent, the debit to your account will also be carried out.

How do I make a return?
Everestoutdoor.com offers 30 days right to return.

When returning to our warehouse, we ask you to pack your shipment well. It is not permitted to tape or paste anything on the product's original box. We therefore recommend that you pack the shipment in a plastic bag. Use the return freight label that was included in your package.
Return to our warehouse
1. Pack the shipment well. We recommend that you return the product in the same package you received it in, since you are responsible for any damage or loss during the return shipping caused due to your negligence, for example when choosing a carrier or when or packaging the product. Submit the package to your nearest post office with the return label on the package.
2. Refund will be made within 7 working days to the same payment method used in your order.
After you have notified us that you want to make a return, you need to send the product back to us within 14 days.
Can I exchange the ordered item/items?
When returning to our warehouse, no exchanges are applied. Instead we will make a refund and you then need to place a new order.
How do I make a claim?
E mail your claim at: info@everestoutdoor.com
You will receive a confirmation that we have received your complaint request and will be handling it within 10 working days. We will get back to you via e-mail regarding the decision of the claim.
When will a refund be made in the event of an approved claim?
Our warehouse has a handling time of up to 7 days from the time we receive your complaint. After that, a refund is made to the same payment method that you chose in your order.
